Jeff Valentine
President & CEO

Jeff Valentine is the President & CEO of Callfinity. He was one of the founders of the company in 1999, and helped formulate the original concept and service-oriented architecture. Jeff focuses on Callfinity's strategic direction to advance the company's mission as a market leader.

Jeff is a cum laude graduate of Cornell University's Materials Science and Engineering program with a Polymer Chemistry concentration. After graduation, he moved to Boston, MA and worked as a sales engineer and product manager for Exeter Educational Management Systems, a provider of ERP software to the higher education market. Jeff co-founded Callfinity as a dot-com in 1999 under the name BYOBroadcast, and managed the company through the fast and profitable growth it has experienced since 2003. In 2004, he renamed the company to Callfinity while also moving the business from Boston, MA to Rochester, NY. In 2007, Callfinity completed its first acquisition (Context Technologies), and has grown top-line revenue at more than 60% per year for each of the last four years.

Outside of Callfinity, Jeff was the upstate New York finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009 and a finalist for Rochester's 2009 Small Business Person of the Year award. Jeff is also chairman of Pariemus, a non-profit entrepreneurship organization for Rochester CEOs. He lives in Fairport, NY with his wife and two daughters.


Patrick Conroy
CTO

Patrick Conroy is Callfinity's Chief Technology Officer and brings more than 15 years of experience in technology architecture, solutions design, and call center consulting to the organization. As founder and CEO of Context Technologies, he designed and led the development of the initial Context product line. Today, Patrick is responsible for Callfinity's technical architecture and to ensure the successful execution of the company's business mission through development and deployment of our products and services. Patrick has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and spends his free time playing the guitar and trying to fly small fixed-wing aircraft. He lives in Penfield with his wife and three children.


Gerry Van Strydonck
CFO

Gerry Van Strydonck is the Chief Financial Officer of Callfinity. As a trusted financial executive, he spent 31 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers, most recently as the office Managing Partner for Rochester. He has also served as CFO in the private sector for companies such as Essex Management, Sigma Marketing, Logical Images, and the Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School. He is a director at Vaccinex, and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations including the Greater Rochester Housing Partnership, and the Highlands at Brighton/Highlands at Pittsford. He holds a BBA from St. John Fisher College, and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.


John Adams
VP Operations

John has spent his career making businesses run better through the use of technology and process improvement. As VP of Operations at Callfinity he has responsibility for finance, human resources, customer support, legal, regulatory, and facilities. His career includes work in the banking (Monroe Savings Bank, First Federal Savings and Loan), telecommunications (Frontier, Global Crossing, ACN) and software (Griffin Technology, BlueTie, Callfinity) industries. He has implemented point of service systems for banks; developed point of sale and access control systems for colleges; streamlined processes in sales support, product management, project management and human resources operations; automated budget creation and reporting; and led many successful project teams. John has a B.A. degree in Mathematics from Hamilton College, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and an MBA in Accounting Information Systems from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Simon Alumni Council and runs ABCPNG, a local networking group with over 500 members.


Mike Marlow
VP Sales, Carrier Division

Michael Marlow is the Vice President of Sales for the Carrier division and brings over 30 years of experience to the executive team. Mike's role is the over-the-horizon aspect of Callfinity's development, focused on business and relationships which will position Callfinity for continued long term recurring revenue growth. Mike has held a number of successful sales and sales management positions throughout his career at companies including Avaya, EMC, Aspect Software, and Oracle. Mike is an Air Force veteran, an avid guitar player, an expert in the paint and finishing of antique automobiles, and a regular volunteer for his church.


Chance James Myers
VP Sales, Direct Division

Chance Myers is a highly motivated professional with over 20 years of experience developing and managing technology based sales, marketing, and operational departments within Fortune 500 companies and start-ups including Oaisys, United Information Technologies, and Time Warner. His telecommunications history includes broadband, voice, data, video, wireless and fixed wireless sales / marketing and operation infrastructures. Additionally, he has an in depth knowledge of complex CTI software applications including contact center systems, CRM, workforce management, and call recording. Chance has a BA from the University of Oklahoma, and has studied at the Yale School of Business. He is married with 2 children, and his hobbies include brokering historical documents, watch collecting, and skiing.


Bill Soudan
VP Engineering

Bill Soudan is the Vice President of Engineering. In this role, he's responsible for the management of employees, processes, and projects within the engineering organization. In addition, he is responsible for the system architecture, design, and implementation of our flagship software platform. He has been developing software since 1984, and spent 7 years in the financial industry designing and implementing reliable and scalable distributed systems. Bill has a BS in Computer Engineering from RIT, and lives in Penfield with his wife and two daughters.


Jerry Wheaton
VP Sales, vForce Division

Jerry Wheaton has 16 years of experience in IT and telecommunications sales. As Vice President of Sales for the vForce, he is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution/channel strategy for our salesforce.com product line. Since 2005, he has also led the company through the successful introduction and sale of new products and services to the conferencing and call center markets. Jerry spends time outside of work with Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rochester, and his family. He holds a BA in English Literature from Niagara University.
