Contact Center Products

Conferencing Products

Conference Service Providers, also known as CSPs, are organizations that sell telephone conferencing, web conferencing, and other services to enterprises.

CSPs use technology called conference call bridges to connect callers together, systems that record and replay conference calls for additional revenue, and other enhancements to teleconferencing. Callfinity provides products to address each of these needs.

Carrier/LEC Products

Callfinity's vForce division provides native Force.com applications for enterprises and businesses using the Salesforce.com platform. Customers using salesforce.com can now leverage Callfinity's cloud-based telecommunication's infrastructure to automate the task of entering sales data to salesforce.com.

Callfinity's vForce products, VirtualCall® and VirtualQueue®, take full advantage of salesforce.com's mobile upload tools. Instead of logging sales data manually, vForce products automatically make updates to salesforce.com's CRM application to increase sales team efficiency and reduce cost.
