Disaster Recovery Communications

When your phone system has a problem, such as a hardware failure, or when your office has a problem, such as a power outage or flood, or when your phone company has a problem, what will happen to your incoming calls?

With Callfinity, your calls will be answered within 3 seconds of any of these failures by our highly-available cloud-based service, and we’ll send your incoming calls through to cell phones, voicemail boxes, or auto-attendant menus.

Conferencing Transcription Services

Businesses often record their telephone and video conference calls for later replay and reference.

Transcription services like Callfinity's allow these customers to keep a text-based log of those recordings so that a word-for-word record is available for inclusion in other documents. For example, transcriptions can be used to create meeting minutes or action items for all participants on a conference call.

Conference Event Management Services

VirtualCall for salesforce.com

VirtualCall™ allows salesforce.com customers to assign virtual telephone numbers to their sales representatives or other employees. Calls to and from a virtual number are routed through Callfinity, where each user's contact preferences are stored, and call details are automatically associated with the correct record in salesforce.com's system.
