Position Overview

There’s no slowdown here.  Our products sell so well in a difficult economy that we need another National Account Manager.

Callfinity is immediately looking to hire a dynamic and energetic outside sales person who wants to make a real impact at a rapidly growing company.  In this role, the ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative, technically savvy and posses a “customer first” attitude.   With support from senior management to move deals forward, technical resources to help you manage product demonstrations and proposal writing, and an inside sales team that generates quality leads you will be well-positioned to hit the ground sprinting.

This is a full time exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Sales.  Compensation is base plus commission.

Job Functions

  • Sales
  • Develop, negotiate and close deals.
  • Make outbound calls to complement inside sales activity. 
  • Manage inbound web and email inquiries.
  • Perform product demonstrations.
  • Create customer-facing proposals.
  • Attend industry tradeshows and local networking events.
  • Account Management
  • Conduct lifecycle account management to increase customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

Work Experience

We’re looking for

  • 5 to 10 years sales experience, with 5 to 7 years selling software
  • Strong track record in meeting quotas

Better yet
Experience selling telephony or call center systems

Skills and Abilities

Must have

  • Outstanding organization skills
  • Computer literacy in Windows environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Great talent would also have

  • Familiarity with telecommunications technology
  • Familiarity with call center operations and systems.

Education

Required learning
Bachelors degree or equivalent

Extra credit
Professional sales training
